I thought I would write a blog about the one thing I really enjoy doing on the Internet.
Long story short, about 2 years ago my mom invited me to help her run a website online.
Not just any website though, A traffic exchange.
A traffic exchange is another form of advertising for online business owners.
You can promote blogs, websites, affiliate links, stores, etc.
You earn credits by viewing other members promotions, so every time you view another member’s site you earn a credit to have our members view your promotions.
The best part is that it’s free promotion for your sites, you can pay for added exposure but at no time will you be told you “have” to pay.
Water’s Edge Hits was a dead exchange when my mom bought it just over 3 years ago but we’ve taken it from a dead exchange to a thriving exchange that offers not just traffic to it’s members.
I’ve designed it with a fantasy theme which mostly appeals to the women of the Internet world but I have to admit I have had some amazing feedback from the gentleman of our site.
It’s a family friendly site and we welcome everyone from the work at home mom’s and dad’s to the savvy business owner.
We’ve got something for everyone!
For free members we offer website promotion, banner promotion and text ad promotion.
It’s a 2:1 surf ratio, meaning for every 2 sites you visit you earn a view to your website.
We offer branding toolsto help maximize your promotions, People get to know you, your name and face and when your being seeing all over the Internet this is a great feature to get you recognised.
We have fun games, and random prizes to be won while you surf as well as regular contests for extra bonuses.
If your thinking of ways to try and promote your sites a traffic exchange is a wonderful place to start!
